H2O Surplus Ltd Phils Inc. (HSL), formerly IDT Industrial Corporation, is a privately-owned company that provides new, pre-owned and refurbished equipment for both water and wastewater treatment plants, cooling towers and power industries.
We also provide facilities’ O&M services such as HVAC, RO-DI system and wastewater plants. We provide Zero-Liquid-Discharge (ZLD) technology, Automatic Online Tube Cleaning System through Hydro-Active Veloball System (HVS) technology mainly on Chiller units and energy saving Axial FRP Fan Blades for Cooling Tower application.
